SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND
RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. No shipments are made on weekends or holidays.

In periods of high volume of work, Christmas, holidays and promotional periods there may be slight delays in delivery times.

We also ship to the rest of the European Union. This shipment takes 7-10 days.
For shipments to the US and Canada it takes 10 to 15 days.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Except for personalized items that cannot be returned, you can return your product within the next 15 calendar days. You will receive a refund of the cost of the product (without shipping costs), as soon as we receive it. We will notify you by email of the status of your refund once it is processed.
Products must be returned in the same condition that you received them: unused and without any damage. Put the items in their original packaging and seal them properly so that they can be transported safely.
To return an item, you must send an email to cuchufletashop@gmail.com. Once we receive the email and confirm the return, you can prepare your package and send it to us at the address provided .
